Group Dental Insurance. Not available to part-time Station Attendants. Group insurance coverage for temporary full-time employees will be in accordance with XXX #1. Such benefits, once established, are retained even if an employee's status reverts back to part-time, providing that employment has been continuous.
Group Dental Insurance. Permanently certified full-time employees shall be enrolled, along with their eligible dependents in the Employer's group dental insurance policy and shall be provided with the coverages specified therein. Coverage shall become effective no later than the first of the month following thirty (30) days of employment, provided they are actively employed. Where the employees meet eligibility requirements when they are not on active status, they will be eligible to enroll upon their return to active status. The Employer shall pay the required premiums for the policy on a single/family composite basis.

Group Dental Insurance. The University provides voluntary dental programs for all benefits eligible employees. Enrollment in the University System of Georgia (USG) dental plan is only allowed during the initial benefits eligibility period or within 30 days of a qualifying event. Each participating employee pays 100% of the monthly insurance premium on a before-tax basis.
Group Dental Insurance a. Regular full-time employees shall be eligible to participate in a group dental insurance program (MESSA Delta Dental) provided through the Employer with the following coverage: Class I 100% and Class II 90% with annual maximum of $1,000 Class III 90% with annual maximum of $2,000 Class IV 80% with lifetime maximum of $1,500 Internal and External Coordination of Benefits
b. Regular full-time employees may include their eligible dependents (including an eligible spouse), and the Employer will pay 80% of the premium for such coverage.
Group Dental Insurance. 1. Effective September 1, 1977, and continuing for the duration of this Agreement, the District will provide a group dental insurance program for teachers with benefits which will be comparable with the benefits of dental insurance programs provided by other major employers in Midland. Modifications providing increased benefits were made beginning in the 1988- 1989 school year.
2. a. Enrollment in the group dental insurance program will be open only to teachers employed seventy-five percent (75%) or more of a full teaching load.
Group Dental Insurance. A. A Group Dental Insurance plan is available to administrators and supervisors with a maximum yearly coverage of $1,450. The policy will provide complete single or family coverage. Administrators and supervisors having comparable dental insurance coverage may sign waiver cards and receive 25% of the single premium as a cash payment. All other terms are the same as Article III, Paragraphs I-T.
Group Dental Insurance. The Board shall purchase through a carrier licensed by the State of Ohio, family dental insurance protection for each full-time support staff member equal to or exceeding the specifications below. The full cost of this program shall be paid by the Board.
