DEO RESPONSIBILITIES. DEO shall receive and review the Deliverables and, upon DEO’s acceptance of the Deliverables and receipt of Grantee’s pertinent invoices in compliance with the invoice procedures of Section K of this Agreement and of Section 10 of this Scope of Work, DEO shall process payment to Grantee in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
DEO RESPONSIBILITIES. To receive and review deliverables and, upon approval of deliverables, process payment pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
DEO RESPONSIBILITIES. A. Designate a Contract Manager who shall award Projects; issue Notices to Proceed (NTP); issue Notices to Start Construction (NTC); and be Contractor’s point of contact for invoicing, in accordance with this Scope of Work.
B. Designate a Project Manager who shall develop qualified Projects; conduct inspections as requested; and act as a communication liaison with Applicants and Contractor, in accordance with this Scope of Work.
DEO RESPONSIBILITIES. Keep DEO’s obligations as simple as possible; be succinct and specific.
