Department Committee Formation and Membership. a. The Committee shall consist of: 1. the Vice Xxxxxxx of Academic Affairs (or Xxxxxxx designee); 2. Department Chair (or Xxxxxxx designee) of each respective department, and; 3. two (2) faculty members from the department, at least one (1) holding the most senior rank in the department, subject to the limitations below in 6.10(d)(1)c). b. In years during which the clarifications are reviewed, department faculty shall select their two (2) representative faculty members during the first week of the fall semester
