Department Director or Director’s Designee Review. All claims, counter-claims, disputes and other matters in question between the County and the Consultant arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach of it shall be referred to the Department’s Director or a designee for determination, together with all facts, data, contentions and so forth which relate thereto. The Director or a designee shall make a determination within thirty (30) calendar days of such referral.
