Department of Homeland Security Standard Terms and Conditions. This contract may be totally or partially funded with federal funds as described in the attached Exhibit “B.” If any federal funds are to be used to compensate or reimburse Contractor under this Agreement, Contractor represents that it is and will remain in compliance with all terms as stated in the FY 2022 Department of Homeland Security Standard Terms and Conditions, attached hereto as Exhibit “C.” The terms and conditions of DHS financial assistance awards flow down to all sub recipients, unless a particular award term or condition specifically indicates otherwise. Recipients include all third party contractors and their contracts at every tier and sub recipients and their subcontracts at every tier that exceed the simplified acquisition threshold.
