Common use of Department of State Registration Clause in Contracts

Department of State Registration. The Broker and any subcontractors that assert corporate status must provide the Department with conclusive evidence, per section 607.0127, Florida Statutes, of a certificate of status, not subject to qualification, if a Florida business entity, or of a certificate of authorization if a foreign business entity and maintain such status or authorization through the life of the Contract and any resulting Contract or purchase order.
