DEPENDENCIES/COOPERATION. Customer will provide all Customer personnel, information data, software and hardware computing resources and other facilities that OneStream reasonably requires in connection with completion of the Professional Services.

DEPENDENCIES/COOPERATION. Customer will provide all Customer personnel, information data, software and hardware computing resources and other facilities that OneStream reasonably requires in connection with completion of the Professional Services. OneStream shall comply with all Customer security, privacy, acceptable use, and other applicable policies, rules, standards, and procedures related to any access by OneStream to Customer information technology systems.
