Deposit Accounts, Electronic Chattel Paper. Letter-of-Credit Rights, and Securities Accounts. (i) Set forth on Schedule 5.21(d)(i), as of the Closing Date and as of the last date such Schedule was required to be updated in accordance with Sections 6.02 and 6.14, is a description of all Deposit Accounts and Securities Accounts of the Loan Parties, including the name of (A) the applicable Loan Party, (B) in the case of a Deposit Account, the depository institution and whether such account is a zero balance account or a payroll account, payroll tax account or other employee benefit account, and (C) in the case of a Securities Account, the Securities Intermediary or issuer, as applicable. (ii) Set forth on Schedule 5.21(d)(ii), as of the Closing Date and as of the last date such Schedule was required to be updated in accordance with Sections 6.02 and/or 6.13, is a description of all Electronic Chattel Paper (as defined in the UCC) and Letter-of-Credit Rights (as defined in the UCC) of the Loan Parties, including the name of (A) the applicable Loan Party, (B) in the case of Electronic Chattel Paper (as defined in the UCC), the account debtor and (C) in the case of Letter-of-Credit Rights (as defined in the UCC), the issuer or nominated person, as applicable.
