Deposit of Contributions. All Employer Matching Contributions made with respect to Participants who are not fully vested in their Separate Account balances by reason of not having completed at least three years of vested service and who have not attained age 55 shall be deposited by the Trustee in the Nordson Stock Fund. Employer Matching Contributions made with respect to all other Participants, as well as Tax Deferred Contributions and Taxable Employee Contributions, shall be deposited by the Trustee in the Nordson Stock Fund or the other Investment Funds as the Committee shall direct; provided, however, that the Committee’s directions shall be based upon the investment election of each Participant made in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.2.

Deposit of Contributions. All Employer Contributions shall be deposited by the Trustee in the Investment Funds in accordance with directions received from the Committee. All 401(k) Contributions and Rollover Contributions shall be deposited by the Trustee in accordance with directions received from the Committee; provided, however, that the Committee's directions shall be based upon the investment election of each Participant, former Participant, or Beneficiary made in accordance with the provisions of Section 8.2. 8.2

  • ALLOCATION OF CONTRIBUTIONS If the application is in good order, the initial Contribution will be applied within two Business Days of receipt at the Retirement Resource Operations Center. During the right to cancel period, all Contributions will be allocated in one or more of the Sub-Account(s) as specified in the application. During the right to cancel period, the Owner may change the allocations to the Sub-Accounts. Subsequent Contributions will be allocated to the Annuity Account in the proportion Requested by the Owner. If there are no accompanying instructions, then allocations will be made in accordance with standing instructions. Allocations will be effective upon the Transaction Date.

  • Return of Contributions The General Partner shall not be personally liable for, and shall have no obligation to contribute or loan any monies or property to the Partnership to enable it to effectuate, the return of the Capital Contributions of the Limited Partners or Unitholders, or any portion thereof, it being expressly understood that any such return shall be made solely from Partnership assets.

  • Investment of Amounts in Special Payments Account Any amounts on deposit in the Special Payments Account prior to the distribution thereof pursuant to Section 2.4(b) or (c) shall be invested in accordance with Section 2.2(b).   • Catch-Up Contributions Unless otherwise elected in Section 2.4 of this amendment, all employees who are eligible to make elective deferrals under this plan and who have attained age 50 before the close of the plan year shall be eligible to make catch-up contributions in accordance with, and subject to the limitations of, Section 414(v) of the Code. Such catch-up contributions shall not be taken into account for purposes of the provisions of the plan implementing the required limitations of Sections 402(g) and 415 of the Code. The plan shall not be treated as failing to satisfy the provisions of the plan implementing the requirements of Section 401(k)(3), 401(k)(11), 401(k)(12), 410(b), or 416 of the Code, as applicable, by reason of the making of such catch-up contributions.

  • Distributions from Certificate Account and Special Payments Account (a) On each Regular Distribution Date with respect to a series of Certificates or as soon thereafter as the Trustee has confirmed receipt of the payment of all or any part of the Scheduled Payments due on the Equipment Notes held (subject to the Intercreditor Agreement) in the related Trust on such date, the Trustee shall distribute out of the applicable Certificate Account the entire amount deposited therein pursuant to Section 4.01(a). There shall be so distributed to each Certificateholder of record of such series on the Record Date with respect to such Regular Distribution Date (other than as provided in Section 11.01 concerning the final distribution) by check mailed to such Certificateholder, at the address appearing in the Register, such Certificateholder’s pro rata share (based on the Fractional Undivided Interest in the Trust held by such Certificateholder) of the total amount in the applicable Certificate Account, except that, with respect to Certificates registered on the Record Date in the name of a Clearing Agency (or its nominee), such distribution shall be made by wire transfer in immediately available funds to the account designated by such Clearing Agency (or such nominee).

  • Contributions to Capital (a) The minimum initial contribution of each Member to the capital of the Company shall be $75,000, subject to the discretion of the Manager to accept initial investments in lesser amounts. The amount of the initial contribution of each Member shall be recorded on the books and records of the Company upon acceptance as a contribution to the capital of the Company. The Directors shall not be entitled to make voluntary contributions of capital to the Company as Directors of the Company, but may make voluntary contributions to the capital of the Company as Members.
