DEPOSIT OF ENTITLEMENT MONIES TO BAND TRUST ACCOUNT. Except as may be permitted pursuant to section 4.12, Canada and Saskatchewan and the Band agree that all Entitlement Monies to be paid to the Band pursuant to this Agreement are being paid by Canada from the Treaty Land Entitlement (Saskatchewan) Fund, at the direction of the Band, to the Trust Account, and such Entitlement Monies shall thereafter be administered by the Trustees upon the trusts set forth in and subject to the terms and conditions of the Trust Agreement.
