Statutory Rights Nothing in this Clause 17 shall be construed as restricting the rights of the Executive or the Company under sections 39 to 43 Patents Xxx 0000.
Proprietary Rights The term “Proprietary Rights” shall mean all trade secret, patent, copyright, mask work and other intellectual property rights throughout the world.
COPYRIGHT, PATENTS AND OTHER PROPRIETARY RIGHTS 11.1 Except as is otherwise expressly provided in writing in the Contract, the UNDP shall be entitled to all intellectual property and other proprietary rights including, but not limited to, patents, copyrights, and trademarks, with regard to products, processes, inventions, ideas, know-how, or documents and other materials which the Contractor has developed for the UNDP under the Contract and which bear a direct relation to or are produced or prepared or collected in consequence of, or during the course of, the performance of the Contract, and the Contractor acknowledges and agrees that such products, documents and other materials constitute works made for hire for the UNDP.
CSEA Rights CSEA shall have the following rights in addition to the rights contained in any other portion of this Agreement.
Ancillary Rights 3.1 The Landlord grants the Tenant the following rights (the Rights):
Privacy Rights The Employer shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local regulations with respect to the privacy rights of its employees.
Ownership Rights Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as (a) establishing or granting to Registry Operator any property ownership rights or interests of Registry Operator in the TLD or the letters, words, symbols or other characters making up the TLD string, or (b) affecting any existing intellectual property or ownership rights of Registry Operator.
Property Rights The Employee agrees that all literary work, copyrightable material or other proprietary information or materials developed by the Employee during the term of this Agreement and relating to, or capable of being used or adopted for use in, the business of the Company shall inure to and be the property of the Company and must be promptly disclosed to the Company. Both during employment by the Company and thereafter, the Employee shall, at the expense of the Company, execute such documents and do such things as the Company reasonably may request to enable the Company or their nominee (i) to apply for copyright or equivalent protection in the United States, Canada and elsewhere for any literary work hereinabove referred in this Paragraph, or (ii) to be vested with any such copyright protection in the United States, Canada and elsewhere.
Off Duty Rights When calls are made by the Employer for casual employees to report to work, the acceptance of such work shall be at the employee’s discretion. Where a casual employee has not accepted such work for a period longer than three (3) months, the Employer and the Union shall meet to discuss the bona fides of the refusal and the continued employment of the employee. Where there is no bona fide reason for the refusal of work and a further three (3) months has elapsed without any shifts worked by the employee, the casual employee will be deleted from the casual call- in list.
Proprietary Rights and Licenses 7.1 Subject to the limited rights expressly granted under this Agreement, we and our licensors reserve all of right, title and interest in and to the Sage Services and Content, including all related intellectual property rights. No rights are granted to you other than as expressly set out in this Agreement.
