Deposition of biological materials. Any biological material accumulated during the course of a Project shall be transferred to an Australian body with statutory responsibility for control of such material. If no such body is available to take control of the biological material, then the Administering Organisation must dispose of the material in accordance with the Administering Organisation's established safeguards.
