Common use of Deposits by the Authority Clause in Contracts

Deposits by the Authority. The Authority agrees and undertakes that, as and when due and payable, it shall deposit into and/or credit the Escrow Account with: x. Xxxxx as per the provisions of the Concession Agreement and any other monies disbursed by the Authority to the Concessionaire; b. all revenues collected by the Authority in exercise of its rights under the Concession Agreement; and

Deposits by the Authority. The Authority agrees and undertakes that, as and when due and payable, it shall deposit into and/or credit the Escrow Account with: x. Xxxxx as per the provisions of the Concession Agreement (a) Grant and any other monies disbursed by the Authority to the Concessionaire; b. all (b) All revenues collected by the Authority in exercise of its rights under the Concession Agreement; and

Deposits by the Authority. The Authority agrees and undertakes that, as and when due and payable, it shall deposit into and/or credit the Escrow Account with: x. Xxxxx as per the provisions of the Concession Agreement and any other monies disbursed by the Authority to the Concessionaire; b. all revenues collected by the Authority in exercise of its rights under the Concession Agreement; and

Deposits by the Authority. The Authority agrees and undertakes that, as and when due and payable, it shall deposit into and/or credit the Escrow Account with: x. Xxxxx as per the provisions of the Concession Agreement and any other : Any monies disbursed by the Authority to the Concessionaire; b. all ; All revenues collected by the Authority in exercise of its rights under the Concession Agreement; and

Deposits by the Authority. The Authority agrees and undertakes that, as and when due and payable, it shall deposit into and/or credit the Escrow Account with: x. Xxxxx as per the provisions of the Concession Agreement (a) Grant amount and any other monies disbursed by the Authority to the Concessionaire; b. all revenues collected by the Authority in exercise Concessionaire under terms of its rights under the Concession Agreement; and

Deposits by the Authority. The Authority agrees and undertakes that, as and when due and payable, it shall deposit into and/or credit the Escrow Account with: x. Xxxxx as per the provisions of the Concession Agreement (a) Financial Assistance and any other monies disbursed by the Authority to the Concessionaire; b. all revenues collected by the Authority in exercise of its rights under the Concession Agreement; and

Deposits by the Authority. The Authority agrees and undertakes that, as and when due and payable, it shall deposit into and/or credit the Escrow Account with: x. Xxxxx as per the provisions of the Concession Agreement (a) Grant and any other monies disbursed by the Authority to the ConcessionaireLicensee; b. all revenues collected by the Authority in exercise of its rights under the Concession Agreement; and

Deposits by the Authority. The Authority agrees and undertakes that, as and when due and payable, it shall deposit into and/or credit the Escrow Account with: x. Xxxxx as per the provisions of the Concession Agreement (a) Annuity and any other monies disbursed by the Authority to the Concessionaire; b. all revenues collected by the Authority in exercise of its rights under the Concession Agreement; and

Deposits by the Authority. The Authority agrees and undertakes that, as and when due and payable, it shall deposit into and/or credit the Escrow Account with: x. Xxxxx as per the provisions of the Concession Agreement a) Grant and any other monies disbursed by the Authority to the Concessionaire; b. all b) All revenues collected by the Authority in exercise of its rights under the Concession Agreement; and

Xxxxx as per the provisions of the Concession Agreement and any other monies disbursed by the Authority to the Concessionaire; b. all revenues collected by the Authority in exercise of its rights under the Concession Agreement; and
