Deposits Due. Within Ninety (90) days after the Closing, Wingfoot shall deposit Twenty-five Million Dollars ($25,000,000) (“Initial Contribution”) in the Construction Escrow and provide written notice thereof to Greeley and the Title Company. The balance of the Cash Contributions shall be due on the earlier to occur of (i) twenty-four (24) months after Greeley provides written notice of its intent to construct the Project Infrastructure (“Notice to Construct”) or (ii) ten (10) years after the Closing Date (the “Contribution Deadline”). Greeley shall have no deadline or timeline to commence or complete construction of the Project Infrastructure. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Greeley may not issue the Notice to Construct sooner than two years after the Closing Date unless Wingfoot has fully satisfied its Cash Contribution obligation within such time. Wingfoot shall have no obligation to fund the Construction Escrow or the Project Infrastructure in excess of the Cash Contribution and Greeley shall be solely responsible for all costs related to the Project Infrastructure exceeding the Cash Contribution.

Deposits Due. (if any) are at the discretion of Safefreight and the deposit amount may vary due to the nature of the Services to be supplied. Any deposit required will be stated at the time of quoting and shall become immediately due and payable to Safefreight upon the Customer’s acceptance. No supply of Services will occur (where a deposit is agreed) until payment by the Customer to Safefreight occurs.

  • Deposits There will be two types of Deposits: Full and Differential. For both types, the universe of Registry objects to be considered for data escrow are those objects necessary in order to offer all of the approved Registry Services.

  • Crediting of Deposits Deposits made after the deposit cutoff time and deposits made on holidays or days other than our business days will be credited to your account on the next business day.

  • Overdrafts The Trust is responsible for maintaining an appropriate level of short term cash investments to accommodate cash outflows.   • Time Deposits If your Account is a time deposit, you have agreed to keep the funds on deposit until the maturity of your Account. If your Account has not matured, any withdrawal of all or part of the funds from your Account may result in an early withdrawal penalty. We will consider requests for early withdrawal and, if granted, the penalty provided in the Schedule will apply.

  • Direct Deposits The Credit Union may offer direct deposit options allowing you to preauthorize deposits (i.e., payroll checks, Social Security or retirement checks, or other government checks) or preauthorize transfers from other accounts at the Credit Union. You must authorize any direct deposits to your accounts by a separate authorization form. If applicable, you must notify the Credit Union at least thirty (30) days prior to any direct deposit or preauthorized transfer if you wish to cancel or change the direct deposit or direct transfer option. Upon a filing of a bankruptcy, if you fail to cancel any direct deposit authorization, you instruct your employer and the Credit Union to make and apply direct deposits in accordance with your authorization on file with the Credit Union. If the Credit Union is required to reimburse the U.S. Government for any benefit payment directly deposited into your account for any reason, you agree the Credit Union may deduct the amount returned from any of your accounts, unless prohibited by law.

  • Initial Deposits On the Closing Date and on each Addition Date thereafter, the Servicer will deposit (in immediately available funds) into the Collection Account all Collections received after the applicable Cut-Off Date and through and including the Closing Date or Addition Date, as the case may be, in respect of Eligible Assets being transferred to and included as part of the Collateral on such date.

  • Securities and Deposits The Secured Party may at any time following and during the continuance of a payment default or an Event of Default, at its option, transfer to itself or any nominee any securities constituting Collateral, receive any income thereon and hold such income as additional Collateral or apply it to the Obligations. Whether or not any Obligations are due, the Secured Party may, following and during the continuance of a payment default or an Event of Default demand, sue for, collect, or make any settlement or compromise which it deems desirable with respect to the Collateral. Regardless of the adequacy of Collateral or any other security for the Obligations, any deposits or other sums at any time credited by or due from the Secured Party to the Company may at any time be applied to or set off against any of the Obligations then due and owing.

  • Deposit’s Format Registry objects, such as domains, contacts, name servers, registrars, etc. will be compiled into a file constructed as described in draft-­‐xxxxx-­‐xxxxxxx-­‐registry-­‐data-­‐escrow, see Part A, Section 9, reference 1 of this Specification and draft-­‐xxxxx-­‐noguchi-­‐dnrd-­‐objects-­‐mapping, see Part A, Section 9, reference 2 of this Specification (collectively, the “DNDE Specification”). The DNDE Specification describes some elements as optional; Registry Operator will include those elements in the Deposits if they are available. If not already an RFC, Registry Operator will use the most recent draft version of the DNDE Specification available at the Effective Date. Registry Operator may at its election use newer versions of the DNDE Specification after the Effective Date. Once the DNDE Specification is published as an RFC, Registry Operator will implement that version of the DNDE Specification, no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after. UTF-­‐8 character encoding will be used.

  • Deposit A deposit totaling 35% of the agreed upon Total Amount is due with acceptance of rental agreement. Payment of deposit shall be deemed as acceptance of this rental agreement. Payment may be made by traveler's checks, bank money order, wire transfer, or certified check or major credit card. Personal checks will be accepted upon approval; if funds are not credited within Ten days booking will be cancelled. The deposit amount is $_DepositAmount_.

  • Returned Deposits ▪ Deposits made using the Mobile Deposit Service will be provisionally credited to your eligible account. You agree that if an original check deposited through the Mobile Deposit Service is subsequently dishonored, rejected or otherwise returned unpaid by the drawee bank, or is rejected or returned by a clearing agent or collecting bank, for any reason, including, but not limited to, issues relating to the quality of the image, that we may charge back the amount of the original check to your account and provide you with an image of the original check, a paper reproduction of the original check or a substitute check. You agree to reimburse us for all loss, cost, damage or expense caused by or relating to the processing of the returned item. Without our approval, you shall not attempt to redeposit or otherwise negotiate an original check if it has been charged back to you. We may debit any of your accounts to obtain payment for any item that has been rejected or returned, for any adjustment related to such item or for any warranty claim related to such item, whether or not the rejection, return, adjustment or warranty claim was made timely.
