Common use of Description of Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Description of Arrangements. This Agreement provides for the following Interconnection Facilities as provided in Appendix A.I, and arrangements between the networks of CENTURYLINK and CITIZENS. Routing of traffic shall be as described in this Section, except that alternatives may be employed in the event of emergency or temporary equipment failure, as mutually agreed by the Parties.
