Description of Consulting Services. The Consultant shall provide consulting services to the Company as may be mutually determined by the Company and Consultant from time to time. In determining the times and locations for the performance of such services, due consideration shall be given to Consultant’s commitments to M.I.T. or any future employer of Consultant.

Description of Consulting Services. The Consultant shall provide consulting services to the Company as may be mutually determined by the Company and Consultant shall, from time to time.
