Common use of Description of Consulting Services Clause in Contracts

Description of Consulting Services. The Consultant agrees, to the extent reasonably required in the conduct of its business with the Company, to place at the disposal of the Company its judgment and experience and to provide financial and business advice to the Company including, but not limited, to (a) building and maintaining a financial model for the Company, (b) help drafting marketing materials and presentations, (c) reviewing the Company's business requirements and discuss financing and businesses opportunities, (d) look for potential investors and ways of growing the business, (e) anything else the Company may reasonably require from the Consultant.

Description of Consulting Services. The Consultant agreesagrees to act as an advisor to the Company and, in that regard, to assist the extent reasonably required Company (i) in identifying, analyzing, structuring, negotiating and financing suitable business opportunities of which the conduct of its business Company may take advantage and (ii) in connection with the Company, preparation of annual and interim reports and press releases and with in dealing with financial public relations. Consultant agrees to place at obtain the disposal consent of the Company its judgment and experience and prior to provide financial and business advice to the Company including, but not limited, to (a) building and maintaining a financial model for the Company, (b) help drafting marketing materials and presentations, (c) reviewing the Company's business requirements and discuss financing and businesses opportunities, (d) look for contacting any potential investors and ways of growing the business, (e) anything else the Company may reasonably require from the Consultantparticipants in any transaction or financing.
