DESCRIPTION OF CONTRACT MODIFICATION. This contract modification is to exercise the renewal of option for Option Period Two, Contract Year 3, in accordance with Exhibit E-Revised-1, Contractual Terms and Conditions, Section 4, Option to Extend Contract Term, for the Contract Price in Exhibit A-Revised-1, Pricing, Option Period 2 (Year 3) of Section 6C, Item 1. The term of the contract is hereby extended to April 29, 2025. For and in consideration of the amount stated above, which is the final contract modification amount agreed to by both parties, the receipt of and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed.
