Common use of Description of Facility Clause in Contracts

Description of Facility. The Lenders grant to the Borrower a revolving credit facility pursuant to which, and upon the terms and subject to the conditions herein set forth, (a) each Lender severally agrees to make Loans to the Borrower in accordance with Section 2.2 and (b) each Issuer agrees to issue Letters of Credit for the account of the Borrower from time to time (and each Lender severally agrees to participate in each such Letter of Credit as more fully set forth in Section 2.17).

Description of Facility. The Lenders grant to the Borrower a revolving credit facility pursuant to which, and upon the terms and subject to the conditions herein set forth, (a) each Lender severally agrees to make Loans to the Borrower in accordance with Section 2.2 and (b) each Issuer agrees to issue Letters of Credit for the account of the Borrower from time to time (and each Lender severally agrees to participate in each such Letter of Credit as more fully set forth in Section 2.17)2.2.

The Lenders grant to the Borrower Borrowers a revolving credit facility pursuant to which, and upon the terms and subject to the conditions herein set forth, : (a) each Lender severally agrees to make Ratable Loans to each of the Borrower Borrowers in accordance with Section 2.2 and 2.2; and (b) each Issuer agrees Lender may, in its sole discretion, make bids to issue Letters of Credit for the account make Competitive Bid Loans to each of the Borrower from time to time (and each Lender severally agrees to participate Borrowers in each such Letter of Credit as more fully set forth in accordance with Section 2.17)2.3.

The Lenders grant to the Borrower a revolving credit facility pursuant to which, and upon subject to the terms and subject to the conditions herein set forth, : (ai) each Lender severally agrees to make Loans to the Borrower in accordance with Section 2.2 and 2.2; (bii) each L/C Issuer agrees to issue Letters of Credit for the account of the Borrower from time to time and its Subsidiaries in accordance with Section 2.19; and (and iii) each Lender severally agrees to participate in each such Letter the Letters of Credit as more fully set forth in accordance with Section 2.17)2.19.

The Upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Credit Agreement, the Lenders hereby grant to the Borrower Borrowers a revolving credit facility pursuant to which, and upon the terms and subject to the conditions herein set forth, : (ai) each Lender severally agrees to make Committed Loans in Agreed Currencies to each of the Borrower Borrowers in accordance with Section 2.2 and 2.03; (bii) each Issuer Issuing Lender agrees to issue Letters of Credit in Agreed Currencies for the account of each of the Borrower from time to time (and each Lender severally agrees to participate Borrowers in each such Letter of Credit as more fully set forth in accordance with Section 2.17).2.04; and

The Lenders grant to the Borrower Borrowers a revolving credit facility pursuant to which, and upon the terms and subject to the conditions herein set forth, : (a) each Lender severally agrees to make Ratable Loans to each of the Borrower Borrowers in amounts not to exceed in the aggregate at any one time outstanding the amount of such Lender’s Commitment in accordance with Section 2.2 and 2.2; and (b) each Issuer agrees Lender may, in its sole discretion, make bids to issue Letters of Credit for the account make Competitive Bid Loans to each of the Borrower from time to time (and each Lender severally agrees to participate Borrowers in each such Letter of Credit as more fully set forth in accordance with Section 2.17)2.3.
