Restricted Areas. All persons except DOC personnel, upon entering the grounds are restricted to the immediate area of their work assignment. In order to go to other areas, Contractor personnel must first obtain written permission from the supervisory correctional official in charge. Only persons having official business will be admitted to construction sites.
Restricted Areas. The roofs, ledges, attics and mechanical/electrical equipment rooms of all University Housing buildings are strictly prohibited to all residents.
Restricted Areas. Tenant is prohibited from entrance into restricted areas such as roofs, mechanical equipment rooms, attics, buildings closed for vacation, etc.

Add the following after the first sentence of the first paragraph: “The nature of and materials used in this protection measure shall be at the Contractor’s discretion subject to approval by the Engineer. The cost of the protection measures shall be included under the various items of this contract.” Add the following after the last bullet: “Work areas at structures shall be completely fenced to the satisfaction of the Engineer to protect the public and prevent unauthorized entry. In addition, positive protection shall be provided during non-working hours in areas where bridge rail tubes and/or posts are removed to ensure that individuals on the structure will not fall through the rail opening to the area below.”
Restricted Areas. To ensure the safety and security of NMSU-A and its contents, as well as minimize liability to Client, all non-rented areas are off-limits to Client and Participants. Any of these individuals found in an off-limits area may be asked to leave the premises.
Restricted Areas. Restricted areas of the Facility are labeled "Authorized Personnel Only", and only the Licensor shall have access to those areas.
Restricted Areas. Any student or guest of a student who is found in restricted areas (including balconies and residence hall rooftops) will be subject to termination of this Agreement and loss of housing privileges. Keys and University Identification Card Students are not permitted to transfer, duplicate, or give keys or University identification or access cards to other persons, or to change door locks. Students will be charged for the loss of room keys and/or required lock changes. A detailed policy of the lock- out procedure is contained in A Guide to Residence Hall Living. Students may not install any lock device that prohibits University personnel from entering the building, apartment, or individual room. Prohibited devices include, but are not limited to: dead bolts, door chains, slide bolts, and lock sets.
