Description of Interconnection Facilities. 2.1 This agreement governs the terms and conditions under which the Municipal System is interconnected with, and operates in parallel with, the National Grid Transmission System. National Grid will own and operate the National Grid Interconnection Facilities. The Municipal shall own and operate the Municipal Interconnection Facilities. This Agreement does not address rights or obligations of the Municipal when providing Transmission Service or Generation Interconnecting Service under the NYISO OATT.
