Description of Interconnection Facilities. This agreement governs the terms and conditions under which the Customer System is interconnected with, and operates in parallel with, the National Grid Transmission System. The Customer System serves as an electric service provider only, and National Grid will own and operate the Interconnection Facilities between the Transmission System Interconnection Point and the change in ownership point with the Customer System as described in Exhibit A. This Agreement does not address any terms and conditions under which the Customer might act as a Transmission Owner or a Generator.
