Description of Large Generating Facility including Point of Interconnection. Developer’s Existing Facility is a 30 MW (nameplate at 0.8 power factor) hydro facility located at the Stewarts Bridge Reservoir, near the Town of Hadley, in Saratoga County, New York. Developer is expanding the Existing Facility with the addition of a 2.7 MW (nameplate at 0.9 power factor) generator. The maximum summer output of the New Facility will be 40.5 MW (3.0 MW incremental) at 95ºF and unity power factor. As depicted in Appendix A, Figure 1, the Large Generating Facility’s Point of Interconnection (“POI”) is at Tower 25 on Connecting Transmission Owner’s 115 xX Xxxxx-Xxxx Line #9 (“Line #9”) – approximately 8.28 miles from Xxxxx Substation and 5.8 miles from XX Xxxx Substation. The Point of Change of Ownership (“PCO”) is at the insulators on the jaw side of the circuit switcher 988, approximately 600 feet from Tower 25.
