DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. 3.1. The Company shall be responsible for providing the Products and Services described in Exhibit B attached to this Contract and incorporated herein by reference. Without limiting the foregoing, the Company will perform the Services and meet the requirements as set forth in Exhibit B. However, the Company shall not be responsible for tasks specifically assigned to the City in this Contract or in Exhibit B.
