Description of Real Property. Section 3.6 of the Seller Disclosure Letter sets forth a complete list of (i) all real property and interests in real property owned in fee by any Seller and that are used in the operation of the Business (individually, an “Owned Property” and collectively, the “Owned Properties”), (ii) all real property and interests in real property leased by any Seller and that are used in the operation of the Business (individually, a “Real Property Lease” and the real properties specified in such leases, together with the Owned Properties, being referred to herein individually as a “Business Property” and collectively as the “Business Properties”) as lessee or lessor.
