DESCRIPTION OF QUALIFIED PROPERTY. The Qualified Property that is subject to the Tax Limitation Amount is described in EXHIBIT 4, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference for all purposes. Property which is not specifically described in EXHIBIT 4 shall not be considered by the District or the Appraisal District to be part of the Applicant’s Qualified Property for purposes of this Agreement, unless by official action the Board of Trustees provides that such other property is a part of the Applicant’s Qualified Property for purposes of this Agreement in compliance with Section 313.027(e) of the TEXAS TAX CODE, the Comptroller’s Rules, and Section 10.2 of this Agreement.

DESCRIPTION OF QUALIFIED PROPERTY. King Creek Wind Farm LLC plans to construct a 200 MW wind farm in Xxxxxxxxxxxx County. This application covers all qualified property within Xxxxxxxxxxxx Collegiate ISD necessary for the commercial operations of the proposed wind farm described in Tab 4. Two hundred megawatts (200 MW) will be located in Xxxxxxxxxxxx Collegiate ISD. Turbine placement is subject to change but for purposes of this application, the Project anticipates using 62 of the 2.9 MW turbines an 8 of the 2.625 MW turbines manufactured by Siemens/Gamesa. This application covers all qualified investment and qualified property necessary for the commercial operations of the wind farm. Qualified Investment and qualified property includes turbines, towers, foundations, transformers, pad mounts, an O&M building, underground collection systems, electric substation, transmission lines, electrical interconnections, met towers, roads, and control systems and all eligible ancillary and necessary equipment for commercial generation of electricity. *NOTE: The map in TAB 11 shows the potential locations of 70 of the wind turbines, an O&M building and a collector substation within Xxxxxxxxxxxx Collegiate ISD boundaries; however, the final number of turbines and the location of each of these facilities is dependent upon ongoing negotiations with power purchasers and other factors.

The facility, which will encompass 2,770 acres and, will be located in the southwestern portion of the county. Additionally, the entirety of the project will be within McCamey Independent School District. Please find attached in Tab 11 maps that further define the location of the facility. The facility is expected to have a capacity of 400 MW AC, and will contain an estimated 1,229,940 photovoltaic panels. The approximate investment for Roadrunner Solar Project, LLC is $360 million. This application covers all qualified property in the reinvestment zone and project boundary within Electra ISD necessary for the commercial operations of the proposed solar project described in Tab 4. Approximately 1,515,000 PV panels and 146 solar inverters would be located in Wichita County, all of which would be located in Electra ISD.
