Common use of DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES, STAFFINfi Clause in Contracts

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES, STAFFINfi. 1 4.1 CONTRACTOR agrees to provide those services, facilities, equipment 2 and supplies as described in the Exhibit “A” to the Agreement between County 3 of Orange and Xxxxxx Family Resource Center (FRC), for the Provision of 4 Services Promoting Safe and Stable Families Services, attached hereto and 5 incorporated herein by reference. CONTRACTOR shall operate continuously 6 throughout the term of this Agreement with the number and type of staff 7 described and as required for provision of services hereunder. 8 4.2 Subject to thirty (30) days advance written notice, ADMINISTRATOR 9 may require changes in staffing allocations to reflect current workload 10 demands or service needs as long as COUNTY’s maximum obligation as set forth 11 in this Agreement is not exceeded. 12 4.3 Upon the request of ADMINISTRATOR, CONTRACTOR shall send 13 appropriate staff to attend an orientation session and subsequent training 14 sessions given by COUNTY.

CONTRACTOR shall operate continuously 6 7 throughout the term of this Agreement with the number and type of staff 7 8 described and as required for provision of services hereunder. 8 9 4.2 Subject to thirty (30) days advance written notice, ADMINISTRATOR 9 10 may require changes in staffing allocations to reflect current workload 10 11 demands or service needs as long as COUNTY’s maximum obligation as set forth 11 12 in this Agreement is not exceeded. 12 13 4.3 Upon the request of ADMINISTRATOR, CONTRACTOR shall send 13 14 appropriate staff to attend an orientation session and subsequent training 14 15 sessions given by COUNTY.

CONTRACTOR shall 27 operate continuously 6 throughout the term of this Agreement with the number and 28 type of staff 7 described and as required for provision of services hereunderhereunder 1 pursuant to the personnel disclosure provisions of this Agreement. 8 4.2 2 5.2 Subject to thirty (30) days advance written notice, ADMINISTRATOR 9 3 may require changes in staffing allocations to reflect current workload 10 4 demands related to the number of Xxxxxx Youth’s/NMD’s or service needs as long 5 as COUNTY’s maximum obligation as set forth 11 in this Agreement is not exceeded. 12 4.3 6 5.3 Upon the request of ADMINISTRATOR, CONTRACTOR shall send 13 7 appropriate staff to attend an orientation session and subsequent training 14 8 sessions given by COUNTY.

CONTRACTOR shall operate continuously 6 throughout the term of this Agreement with the number and type of staff 7 described and as required for provision of services hereunder. 8 4.2 Subject to thirty (30) days advance written notice, ADMINISTRATOR 9 may require changes in staffing allocations to reflect current workload 10 demands or service needs as long as COUNTY’s maximum obligation as set forth 11 in this Agreement is not exceeded. 12 4.3 Upon the request of ADMINISTRATOR, CONTRACTOR shall send 13 appropriate staff to attend an orientation session and subsequent training 14 sessions given by COUNTY.

CONTRACTOR shall operate continuously 6 7 throughout the term of this Agreement with the number and type of staff 7 8 described and as required for provision of services hereunder. 8 9 4.2 Subject to thirty (30) days advance written notice, ADMINISTRATOR 9 10 may require changes in staffing allocations to reflect current workload 10 11 demands or service needs as long as COUNTY’s maximum obligation as set forth 11 12 in this Agreement is not exceeded. 12 13 4.3 Upon the request of ADMINISTRATOR, CONTRACTOR shall send 13 14 appropriate staff to attend an orientation session and subsequent training 14 15 sessions given by COUNTY.

CONTRACTOR shall operate 7 continuously 6 throughout the term of this Agreement with the number and type of 8 staff 7 described and as required for provision of services hereunder. 8 9 4.2 Subject to thirty (30) days advance written notice, ADMINISTRATOR 9 10 may require changes in staffing allocations to reflect current workload 10 11 demands or service needs as long as COUNTY’s maximum obligation as set forth 11 12 in this Agreement is not exceeded. 12 13 4.3 Upon the request of ADMINISTRATOR, CONTRACTOR shall send 13 14 appropriate staff to attend an orientation session and subsequent training 14 15 sessions given by COUNTY.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES, STAFFINfi. 1 5 4.1 CONTRACTOR agrees to provide those services, facilities, equipment 2 6 equipment, and supplies as described in the Exhibit “A” to the Agreement 7 between County 3 of Orange and Xxxxxx Family Resource Center (FRC), Avertest for the Provision of 4 Services Promoting Safe and Stable Families Random Drug Testing 8 Services, attached hereto and 5 incorporated herein by reference. CONTRACTOR 9 shall operate continuously 6 throughout the term of this Agreement with the 10 number and type of staff 7 described and as required for provision of services hereunder11 hereunder pursuant to the personnel disclosure provisions of this Agreement. 8 12 4.2 Subject to thirty (30) days advance written notice, ADMINISTRATOR 9 13 may require changes in staffing allocations to reflect current workload 10 14 demands or service needs as long as COUNTY’s maximum obligation as set forth 11 15 in this Agreement is not exceeded. 12 16 4.3 Upon the request of ADMINISTRATOR, CONTRACTOR shall send 13 17 appropriate staff to attend an orientation session and subsequent training 14 18 sessions given by COUNTY.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES, STAFFINfi. 1 2 4.1 CONTRACTOR agrees to provide those services, facilities, equipment 2 3 and supplies as described in the Exhibit “A” to the Agreement between County 3 4 of Orange and Xxxxxx Family Resource Center (FRC)OLIVE CREST, for the Provision of 4 Services Promoting Safe and Stable Families Transitional Housing Placement 5 Program Services, attached hereto and 5 incorporated herein by reference. 6 CONTRACTOR shall operate continuously 6 throughout the term of this Agreement 7 with the number and type of staff 7 described and as required for provision of 8 services hereunder. 8 9 4.2 Subject to thirty (30) days advance written notice, ADMINISTRATOR 9 10 may require changes in staffing allocations to reflect current workload 10 11 demands or service needs needs. as long as COUNTY’s maximum obligation as set forth 11 12 in this Agreement is not exceeded. 12 13 4.3 Upon the request of ADMINISTRATOR, CONTRACTOR shall send 13 14 appropriate staff to attend an orientation session and subsequent training 14 15 sessions given by COUNTY.

CONTRACTOR shall operate continuously 6 throughout the term of this 10 Agreement with the number and type of staff 7 described and as required for 11 provision of services hereunder. 8 12 4.2 Subject to thirty (30) days advance written notice, ADMINISTRATOR 9 13 may require changes in staffing allocations to reflect current workload 10 14 demands or service needs as long as COUNTY’s maximum obligation as set forth 11 15 in this Agreement is not exceeded. 12 16 4.3 Upon the request of ADMINISTRATOR, CONTRACTOR shall send 13 17 appropriate staff to attend an orientation session and subsequent training 14 18 sessions given by COUNTY.
