Common use of DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES, STAFFINfi Clause in Contracts

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES, STAFFINfi. 5 4.1 CONTRACTOR agrees to provide those services, facilities, equipment 6 and supplies as described in the Exhibit “A” to the Agreement between County 7 of Orange and South Orange County Family Resource Center (FRC), for the Response (DR), and Family Stabilization (FS) 8 Provision of Services Promoting Safe and Stable Families, Differential 9 Services, attached hereto and 10 incorporated herein by reference. CONTRACTOR shall operate continuously 11 throughout the term of this Agreement with the number and type of staff 12 described and as required for provision of services hereunder. 13 4.2 Subject to thirty (30) days advance written notice, ADMINISTRATOR 14 may require changes in staffing allocations to reflect current workload 15 demands or service needs as long as COUNTY’s maximum obligation as set forth 16 in this Agreement is not exceeded. 17 4.3 Upon the request of ADMINISTRATOR, CONTRACTOR shall send 18 appropriate staff to attend an orientation session and subsequent training 19 sessions given by COUNTY.

CONTRACTOR shall operate continuously 11 throughout the term of this 7 Agreement with the number and type of staff 12 described and as required for 8 provision of services hereunder. 13 9 4.2 Subject to thirty (30) days advance written notice, ADMINISTRATOR 14 10 may require changes in staffing allocations to reflect current workload 15 11 demands or service needs as long as COUNTY’s maximum obligation as set forth 16 12 in this Agreement is not exceeded. 17 13 4.3 Upon the request of ADMINISTRATOR, CONTRACTOR shall send 18 14 appropriate staff to attend an orientation session and subsequent training 19 15 sessions given by COUNTY.

CONTRACTOR 9 shall operate continuously 11 throughout the term of this Agreement with the 10 number and type of staff 12 described and as required for provision of services hereunder11 hereunder pursuant to the personnel disclosure provisions of this Agreement. 13 12 4.2 Subject to thirty (30) days advance written notice, ADMINISTRATOR 14 may 13 may, in his or her sole discretion, require changes in staffing allocations to 14 reflect current workload 15 demands or service needs as long as COUNTY’s maximum 15 obligation as set forth 16 in this Agreement is not exceeded. 17 16 4.3 Upon the request of ADMINISTRATOR, CONTRACTOR shall send 18 17 appropriate staff to attend an orientation session and subsequent training 19 18 sessions given by COUNTY.
