Common use of DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES, STAFFING Clause in Contracts

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES, STAFFING. 1 CONTRACTOR agrees to provide those services, facilities, equipment, and 2 supplies, as described in the Exhibit “A” to the Agreement between County of Orange and 3 Community Health Enrichment Collaborative (CHEC) Family Resource Center (FRC), for the 4 Provision of Services Promoting SafeFamily Resource Center and Stable FamiliesFamily 5 Stabilization Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. CONTRACTOR 6 shall operate continuously throughout the term of this Agreement with the number and type of 7 staff described and as required for provision of services hereunder.

CONTRACTOR 6 shall operate continuously throughout the term of this Agreement with 6 the number and type of 7 staff described and as required for provision of services hereunder.
