DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES, STAFFING. 5 4.1 CONTRACTOR agrees to provide those services, facilities, 6 equipment, and supplies as described in the Exhibit “A” to the Agreement 7 between County of Orange and Medtox Laboratories, Inc. for the Provision of 8 Drug Testing Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. 9 CONTRACTOR shall operate continuously throughout the term of this Agreement 10 with the number and type of staff described and as required for provision of 11 services hereunder pursuant to the personnel disclosure provisions of this 12 Agreement. 13 4.2 Subject to thirty (30) days advance notice, ADMINISTRATOR may, in 14 his or her sole discretion, require changes in staffing allocations to reflect 15 current workload demands or service needs as long as COUNTY’s maximum 16 obligation as set forth in this Agreement is not exceeded. 17 4.3 Upon the written request of ADMINISTRATOR, CONTRACTOR shall send 18 appropriate staff to attend training sessions given by COUNTY, not to exceed 19 one training session per year and solely related to the services provided by 20 CONTRACTOR.
