DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES, STAFFING. 28 4.1 CONTRACTOR agrees to provide those services, facilities, equipment, and 1 supplies, as described in the Exhibit A to the Agreement between County of Orange and 2 Illumination Foundation1736 Family Crisis Center, for the Provision of HSPHousing Support 3 Program Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. CONTRACTOR shall 4 operate continuously throughout the term of this Agreement with the number and type of staff 5 described and as required for provision of services hereunder. 6 4.2 Subject to thirty (30) days advance written notice, ADMINISTRATOR may require 7 changes in staffing allocations to reflect current workload demands or service needs as long as 8 COUNTY’s maximum obligation, as set forth in this Agreement, is not exceeded. 9 4.3 Upon the request of ADMINISTRATOR, CONTRACTOR shall send appropriate 10 staff to attend an orientation session and subsequent training sessions given by COUNTY.
