The CPM Milestone Schedule for the Pre-Construction Phase of the Project shall include reasonable amounts of time for the Owner’s review and approval of design drawings and specifications and for approval of authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. Upon acceptance of the CPM Milestone Schedule, it shall become the baseline for evaluating performance of the Project and Design/Build Contractor shall monitor the progress of the Project in relation to the CPM Milestone Schedule and provide the Owner with at least monthly updates and status reports as outlined in the Owner’s Specifications.
