DESIGN/BUILD CONTRACTOR’S GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES. 4.1 Design/Build Contractor shall perform all services specifically allocated to it by the Contract Documents as well as those services reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents as necessary for completion of the Work and the Project.
