Common use of Design Build Entity Supervision and Personnel Clause in Contracts

Design Build Entity Supervision and Personnel. During progress of the Work, Design Build Entity shall keep on the Site, its design office, and at all other locations where any Work related to the Project is performed, a competent Project Manager and Superintendent who are employees of Design Build Entity, to whom Judicial Council does not object. At least one shall be fluent in English, written and verbal, and both shall speak fluently the predominant language of Design Build Entity’s employees. Design Build Entity’s project manager and Superintendent shall each represent Design Build Entity, and all directions given to Design Build Entity’s project manager and/or Superintendent shall be as binding as if given to Design Build Entity
