Design-Build Price and Cash Flow. Adjustment Table and Maximum Payment Curve Proposer shall submit a Design-Build Price using Form M-1.1 setting forth the total price for the work required under the DBA. The Proposer shall include Form M-1.2, which shall set forth any ATC adjustment costs identified by TxDOT in its ATC approval letters for ATCs that are incorporated into the Proposal. Form M-2 shall set forth the cash flow corresponding to the anticipated draw requests for the work required under the DBA. The draw requests shall be established by anticipated percentage complete on a monthly basis, and shall be limited to the anticipated cash flow.
