Information about the shares of each mutual fund available for investment by your account(s) must be furnished to you in the form of a prospectus governed by rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Please refer to the prospectus for detailed information concerning your mutual fund. You may obtain further information concerning IRAs and Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Accounts from any District Office of the Internal Revenue Service. Fees and other expenses of maintaining the account(s) may be charged to you or the account(s). If you decide not to prepay the annual maintenance fee, it will be deducted from your account(s) after September 15th of each year, and enough shares will be redeemed to cover the fee.
