Design-Builder Fee. In the event such termination occurs prior to any Component Change Order, or after all Work under any issued Component Change Orders has been finally completed, the Owner shall pay Design-Builder the sums due for the Design-Builder Fee earned to the date of termination, not exceeding the unpaid balance of the Preconstruction Fee amount set forth in Paragraph 4.1.1 (Exhibit A, Item 5). For purposes of calculation, the Design-Builder Fee shall be deemed earned only to the extent of an amount that bears to the total Fee the same ratio that the Work in place at the time of termination bears to the total Work, as reasonably determined by the Program Manager.
Design-Builder Fee. 6.2.1 The DB's Fee is percent ( %) of the Cost of the Work.
6.2.2 The DB’s Fee for Change Orders shall be determined as follows:
6.2.2.1 Change Orders that impact the scope of the Work, and either increase or decrease the Guaranteed Maximum Price, shall include an increase or a decrease adjustment to the DB’s Fee based on the same percentage used in the original Fee calculation.
6.2.2.2 Deductive Change Orders that are issued for Direct Material Purchase by the Owner shall include no adjustment in the DB’s Fee.

Design-Builder Fee. The Design Builder Fee for the Project shall be a Lump Sum of Twenty- Five Thousand, Two Hundred Fifty-Eight Dollars and Eight Cents ($25,258.08). Note: All allowances will be on a Not-To-Exceed basis. All unused funds will be returned to the School District at the time of construction close-out. Fee will be paid only on cost of work for these items.
Design-Builder Fee. The Design Builder Fee for the Project shall be a Lump Sum of Eight Thousand, Nine Hundred Sixty-Eight Dollars ($8,968.00).
Design-Builder Fee. The amount of Design Builder Fee to be included in Design Builder’s monthly Application for Payment and paid by Owner shall be proportional to the percentage of the Work completed, less payments previously made on account of Design Builder’s Fee.
Design-Builder Fee. The Design Builder’s Fee for Adjustments to the Contract Sum
1. For the Design Builder, for any Work performed by the Design Builder’s own forces, maximum of five percent (5%) of the cost.
2. For the Design Builder, for any Work performed by his Subcontractor, maximum of five percent (5%) of the amount due the Subcontractor.
3. In the event the cumulative Adjustments to the Contract Sum exceed 25% of the original Guaranteed Maximum Price, the Design Builder’s Fee may be subject to renegotiation.
