Common use of Design-Builder’s Insurance and Bonds Clause in Contracts

Design-Builder’s Insurance and Bonds. B.2.1 The Design-Builder shall purchase and maintain the following types and limits of insurance from a company or companies lawfully authorized to do business in the jurisdiction where the Project is located, and recognized by the State of Oregon, with a Best Rating of AVII or better and reasonably acceptable to the Owner. The Design-Builder shall maintain the required insurance until the expiration of the period for correction of Work as set forth in Section 11.2.2.1 of the Agreement, unless a different duration is stated below:
