Common use of Design Consultant Clause in Contracts

Design Consultant. The Department has a separate contract with the Design Consultant related to the Project. Both the CM/GC and the Design Consultant shall be given direction by the Department through the Department’s Project Manager. The CM/GC agrees to support the Department’s efforts to create a collaborative and cooperative relationship among the CM/GC, Design Consultant, any other Project consultants, and the Department.
