Common use of Design Implementation Clause in Contracts

Design Implementation. Developer, through appropriately qualified professional engineers and architects registered and licensed in the State and identified in Developer’s Project Management Plan, shall furnish designs, plans and specifications in accordance with the Contract Documents. Developer shall cause the Engineer(s) of Record for the Project to sign and seal all Final Design Documents.
