Common use of DESIGN PROFESSIONAL-INITIATED TERMINATION Clause in Contracts

DESIGN PROFESSIONAL-INITIATED TERMINATION. 16.2.1 Design Professional may terminate this Agreement for cause if University fails to cure a material default in performance within a period of 30 days, or such longer period as Design Professional may allow, after receipt from Design Professional of a written termination notice specifying the default in performance. In the event of termination for cause by Design Professional, University will pay Design Professional in accordance with subparagraph 16.1.2.
