Design Professional Services Defense. Parties will work in good faith to procure applicable insurance coverage for the cost of any defense arising from all claims, demands or liability that arise out of, pertain to or relate to the negligence, recklessness, or willful misconduct of Design Professional or Design Professional’s officers or employees.
