Design Quality and Standards. 3.2.1 The Designer shall be responsible for the professional and technical accuracy and the coordination of all designs, drawings, specifications, estimates and other work furnished by the Designer and the Designer’s sub-consultants or subcontractors. Changes, corrections, additions or deletions requested by the Authority and the Department shall be incorporated into the design of the Project unless detailed objections thereto are received from the Designer and subsequently approved by the Authority and the Department.
