Design Services or Design-Build Services. If any portion of the work includes any design services or design-build work, the entity or individual providing the design services shall provide professional liability insurance with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 each claim and $1,000,000 aggregate. This insurance must be retroactive to the date of the commencement of the design services, and must be maintained for three years after substantial completion of the work or the earlier termination of the Lease.
