Design Services. 8.1 The Company may produce drawings, calculations, specifications and/or other documents for the Buyer pursuant to this Agreement (“Design Works”). All Intellectual Property Rights in the Design Works shall remain the exclusive property of the Company. The Buyer shall not disclose the Design Works to any person and shall not use the Design Works for any purpose other than the purpose for which they were provided.
