Designated Charges and Imposed Rates. The Owner agrees to commute and pay forthwith, prior to the execution of this Agreement by the Town, designated charges and imposed rates now or to be assessed and levied upon the Lands within the said plan, including but not limited to levies under the Ontario Water Resources Act, the Public Utilities Act, the Municipal Drainage Act and the Municipal Act.
