Shortfall of Annual Working Hours. There shall be no pay back for shortfall of annual working hours in the shift systems determined in this Agreement.

Where the shift schedule changes result in workdays of the new schedule, falling on days of rest of the old schedule, then every attempt shall be made to provide a minimum of one (1) rest day shift between shifts.
