Earthworks. 6.1. Unless otherwise specified, the cost of transporting each of the Contractors machines to each site shall be payable by the Client.
Earthworks. 8.1 For the purpose of measurement all excavated material to be measured in accordance with CESMM3 Classes E and T shall be deemed to be suitable for use as filling material in accordance with the Employer's Requirements unless approved as otherwise by the Engineer.

When performing earthworks, the Contractor and the subcontractors engaged by the Contractor should be guided by the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, including "SP 45.13330.2012. Set of regulations. Earth structures, bases and foundations", the Law of the Russian Federation "On environmental protection", as well as the requirements of the LafargeHolcim Russia Group on earthworks set forth in this Agreement and other regulatory documents.

Section 3 of CESWI is not applicable and is to be replaced by the following, which is based extensively on the Earthworks Sections of the ‘Specification for Highway Works’, March 1998, as revised November 2005, May and November 2006, May and November 2007 and May and August 2008, published by the Stationary Office.
Earthworks a) The Purchaser shall not carry any earthworks including but not limited to filling of the Property or generally changing the level of the Property without first obtaining the Letter of No Objection.
