Designated Senior Executive. All disputes, differences, controversies or claims between any of the parties and related to the Enterprise, if unable to be resolved, shall be referred by either party for resolution by written notice addressed to a senior executive officer of Alcoa and Alumina designated for such purpose from time to time by the Chief Executive Officers of Alcoa and Alumina, respectively. The designated officers shall meet and discuss the matter during a period of not more than 14 days from the date of receipt of such written notice.
