Common use of Designated Targets Clause in Contracts

Designated Targets. Merck may designate up to six (6) Antigens as Designated Targets (together with any applicable replacement Designated Targets under Section 2.4.3) under this Agreement as follows: 2.4.1.1. The [***] Designated Target is set forth on Schedule 2.4.1-1. 2.4.1.2. The [***] Designated Target is set forth on Schedule 2.4.1-2. 2.4.1.3. Merck may designate [***] Designated Target in accordance with this Section 2.4.1.3 at any time prior to the [***]. Such Designated Targets that are designated in accordance with this Section 2.4.1.3 will be set forth on Schedule 2.4.1-3 and Schedule 2.4.1-4, respectively. 2.4.1.4. Merck may designate a [***] Designated Target in accordance with this Section 2.4.1.4 at any time following the [***]. Such Designated Targets that are designated in accordance with this Section 2.4.1.4 will be set forth on Schedule 2.4.1-5 and Schedule 2.4.1-6, respectively.
