Designation as Scheduling Coordinator. (A) At least ninety (90) days before the beginning of the Test Period Seller shall take all actions and execute and deliver to Buyer all documents necessary to authorize or designate Buyer, or Third-Party SC, as Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator, and Buyer or Third-Party SC, as applicable, shall take all actions and execute and deliver to Seller or CAISO all documents necessary to become and act as Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator. If Buyer designates a Third-Party SC, then Buyer shall give Seller Notice of such designation at least ten (10) Business Days before the Third-Party SC assumes Scheduling Coordinator duties hereunder, and Seller shall be entitled to rely on such designation until it is revoked or a new Third-Party SC is appointed by Buyer upon similar Notice. Buyer shall be fully responsible for all acts and omissions of Third-Party SC and for all cost, charges and liabilities incurred by Third-Party SC to the same extent that Buyer would be responsible under this Agreement for such acts, omissions, costs, charges and liabilities if taken, omitted or incurred by Buyer directly.

  • Scheduling Coordinator Buyer shall act as the Scheduling Coordinator for the Project. In that regard, Buyer and Seller shall agree to the following:

  • CAISO Scheduling Coordinator Charge The CAISO Scheduling Coordinator Charge for each Unit shall be the product of $0.31 and the Unit’s Billable MWh for the Billing Month.

  • Program Coordinator An individual designated by the program director to assist the program director in managing Match activities.

  • Project Coordinator 3. Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. Each Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Consent Agreement and for designating a person to act in his/her absence. All communications between Respondent and DTSC, and all documents, report approvals, and other correspondence concerning the activities performed pursuant to this Consent Agreement shall be directed through the Project Coordinators.   • Scheduling Committee (a) The parties agree to the formation of a Scheduling Committee to discuss and assist in resolving scheduling issues.

  • Vacation Scheduling (a) With the exception of authorized vacation carryover under Clause 18.6, the scheduling and completion of vacations shall be on a calendar-year basis.
